What you'll do

As the Permit Operations Lead, you will oversee the operational aspects of PermitFlow's services, ensuring that our AI solutions effectively meet the needs of our clients in the construction industry. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to refine our offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will involve analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, as well as developing strategies to streamline processes and reduce delays in project execution.

You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and effectively. This includes addressing any issues that arise during the permitting process and working with clients to find solutions that align with their project goals. You will also play a key role in training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
