You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in full-stack development — you've designed and implemented scalable solutions that meet complex business needs. Your expertise in Java and Python allows you to build robust applications, while your familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS ensures that your solutions are efficient and scalable.
You are proficient in modern web technologies, including React and Node.js, and have experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL. Your understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL enables you to create seamless integrations between front-end and back-end systems. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software.
You are passionate about leveraging AI and data to solve real-world problems — your experience in the construction or related industries is a plus. You are committed to continuous learning and improvement, always seeking to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success.
Desirable

What you'll do
As a Staff Software Engineer at PermitFlow, you will lead the design and implementation of full-stack solutions that redefine how America builds. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve architecting scalable systems that can handle the complexities of the construction industry, ensuring that our AI solutions are both effective and user-friendly.
