What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at PermitFlow, you will lead the design and implementation of full-stack solutions that redefine how America builds. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve architecting scalable systems that can handle the complexities of the construction industry, ensuring that our AI solutions are both effective and user-friendly.

You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews to uphold the highest standards of quality. Your expertise will guide the team in adopting best practices for software development, including testing, deployment, and monitoring. You will also mentor junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the engineering team, participating in architectural discussions and influencing the technology stack we use. Your insights will help shape the future of our products and the impact they have on the construction industry.
