What you'll do

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer at Phantom, you will take ownership of feature development for our web platforms, including the Phantom Extension and our website. You will lead initiatives to add support for additional blockchains, enhancing the wallet's capabilities and user experience. Your role will involve building delightful user interfaces while also developing the backend services that power them. You will create APIs and data pipelines that ensure a smooth interaction between the blockchain and our users.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to define and implement new features. Your responsibilities will include gathering user feedback, analyzing usage data, and iterating on features to meet user needs. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. Your contributions will directly impact the way millions of users interact with the crypto ecosystem, making it safer and more accessible.
