You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable collaborating with teams across different time zones — your communication skills allow you to effectively convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What you'll do

As a Principal Analytics Consultant at phData, you will lead projects that leverage Power BI to deliver actionable insights for our clients — your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop tailored solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing data models that facilitate effective reporting and visualization, ensuring that stakeholders have access to the information they need to make informed decisions.

You will also mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise in analytics and cloud technologies — your leadership will help cultivate a high-performing team that is committed to excellence. You will engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and provide strategic guidance on how to leverage data effectively in their operations.
