Who you are
You are an experienced front-end engineer with a strong background in building user-facing features. You thrive at the intersection of product, experimentation, and data, and you understand how to create experiences that users love. You have a solid understanding of JavaScript and React, and you are comfortable owning problems end-to-end. You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally with teams in Product, Engineering, and Growth to drive measurable results. You are data-driven and can translate hypotheses into experiments that improve key business metrics.
Desirable
Experience with A/B testing and UI/UX design principles is a plus. Familiarity with analytics tools to measure user behavior and outcomes will help you succeed in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, build, and iterate on user-facing features in React that directly impact acquisition, activation, and retention. You will own and implement A/B tests and experiments from start to finish, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and Design teams. Your work will involve translating hypotheses into experiments, measuring outcomes, and iterating based on real user behavior and data. You will drive improvements in key business and product metrics through thoughtful UI and UX changes, ensuring that your contributions have a direct impact on user engagement and satisfaction.
