Job Description
Who you are
You are a registered Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality virtual care. You have experience in assessing patient needs and determining appropriate treatment plans, particularly in hormone therapy. Your ability to communicate effectively with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team is essential for success in this role. You are also open to supporting the licensing process in other Canadian provinces, demonstrating your flexibility and dedication to expanding your practice.
What you'll do
In this role, you will deliver virtual care by reviewing patient-submitted medical histories through our intelligent online platform. You will determine candidacy for treatment and issue prescriptions when appropriate. Your role will involve direct communication with patients via a secure messaging platform to gather additional information as needed. As the first in-house Nurse Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in refining clinical workflows to ensure seamless and high-quality care at scale. You will also collaborate closely with our Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to identify friction points in the healthcare delivery process and co-design innovative solutions. Additionally, you will lend your clinical expertise to new product launches and protocols as Phoenix expands its offerings.

At Phoenix, we are committed to setting the bar for asynchronous telemedicine and delivering a better experience for both patients and healthcare providers. You will be part of a mission-driven digital healthcare platform that focuses on improving patient outcomes. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse backgrounds and perspectives in our team.
