What you'll do

As a Nurse Practitioner at Oscar, you will be responsible for conducting virtual health assessments, engaging with members to evaluate their healthcare needs. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support. Your role will involve managing patient visits, documenting assessments, and developing care plans tailored to individual member needs. You will also assist in outreach efforts to engage members in their healthcare journey, ensuring they receive the support they need.

You will report to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment and work closely with other teams to ensure seamless healthcare delivery. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate patient records, participating in team meetings, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Virtual Health Assessment program. You will be expected to stay updated on best practices in virtual care and implement them in your daily work.
