Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in SEO with at least 3-5 years of experience in managing and executing successful SEO strategies. Your analytical skills allow you to turn search data and audience insights into actionable strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content creators, to ensure that SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the business. You stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates, ensuring that your strategies remain effective and adaptive. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience with tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush is a plus, as is familiarity with technical SEO aspects such as site speed and Core Web Vitals. A background in content marketing or digital marketing will also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As the SEO Manager, you will develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aimed at driving qualified organic traffic and conversions across key menβs health categories. You will conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities that inform content creation and guide long-term growth. Your role will involve optimizing website structure, metadata, and content to enhance both user experience and search engine visibility. You will partner with content creators to ensure that every article, landing page, and campaign is built on strong SEO fundamentals. Additionally, you will collaborate with developers to maintain a technically sound site, managing aspects such as crawlability, site speed, and structured data. Monitoring performance and reporting on key performance indicators such as rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates will be essential to your success. You will also experiment with new tools and AI integrations to improve efficiency and effectiveness in your SEO efforts.
