Your hands-on approach to design allows you to lead through craft, contributing directly with high-quality work that influences outcomes. You are comfortable operating within an AI-first design workflow, utilizing tools like Figma and AI IDEs to quickly test interaction patterns and iterate based on user feedback.
You understand the importance of user research and usability testing, ensuring that your designs are intuitive and grounded in real user behaviors. Your ability to collaborate effectively with growth, monetization, product marketing, and engineering teams enables you to drive meaningful outcomes for both users and the business. You are passionate about delivering exceptional creator experiences and are excited to shape the future of Picsart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design of Picsartβs most-loved tools, focusing on delivering seamless and engaging experiences that impact millions of users daily. You will sketch, wireframe, and prototype your ideas, refining them quickly based on user feedback and performance data. Your work will involve reimagining flagship features and crafting new ones, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of your design process.
You will conduct user research and usability testing to validate your designs, making data-backed decisions that enhance the user experience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that your designs align with business goals and user expectations. Your contributions will directly influence the success of Picsart Flow and other key product areas, making a significant impact on the overall user experience.
