Who you are
You have a strong background in product design, with experience in creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of your designs is polished and user-friendly. You understand the importance of collaboration and can effectively communicate your design ideas to cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers.
You thrive in an environment where you can work autonomously, taking ownership of your projects and driving them from concept to completion. You are curious and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your designs and the user experience. Your ability to empathize with users allows you to create solutions that truly meet their needs and enhance their journey.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on the product experience of key parts of the trip booking flow, specifically Trains and Cars. You will work through the entire design process, starting with problem definition and moving through to prototyping and user testing. Your designs will play a crucial role in simplifying the booking process and improving user satisfaction.
You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure that your designs are feasible and align with the overall product vision. You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate your design decisions, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and expectations. Your role will also involve iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics, continuously striving to enhance the user experience.
