Pigment is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape the platform's positioning and storytelling. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent messaging and drive impactful product launches. This role requires 5+ years of product marketing experience.

Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the SaaS industry, where you've developed a strong understanding of how to position complex technology in a way that resonates with customers. Your strategic instincts are sharp, and you possess deep customer empathy, allowing you to translate technical capabilities into compelling narratives that highlight value.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Product, Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, and Solutions Consulting teams to ensure that messaging is consistent across all channels. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders helps you drive high-impact product launches from beta through to general availability.
You are driven by innovation and have a passion for storytelling, which enables you to craft clear and differentiated value propositions for Pigment’s platform and solutions. You understand the importance of agility in business planning and are excited to be part of a team that is redefining this space with AI-powered solutions.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-growing SaaS company is a plus, as is familiarity with financial planning software or performance management tools. A background in working with cross-functional teams and a track record of successful product launches will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the positioning of Pigment’s platform and solutions, ensuring that the story we tell in the market is clear, credible, and compelling. You will partner closely with various teams to align messaging and drive product launches that resonate with our target audience.
You will be responsible for translating Pigment’s capabilities into value propositions that highlight how our solutions empower teams across Finance, HR, and other departments to build and adapt strategic plans in real time. Your work will involve crafting marketing materials, conducting market research, and analyzing customer feedback to refine our messaging and approach.
You will lead initiatives that enhance our go-to-market strategy, ensuring that our communications are consistent and impactful. This includes developing content for corporate communications, product documentation, and promotional materials that effectively convey the benefits of our AI-powered platform.
You will also play a key role in driving high-impact launches, coordinating efforts across teams to ensure that all aspects of the launch are executed flawlessly. Your ability to manage timelines, set priorities, and communicate effectively will be crucial to your success in this role.
