Experience with AI applications and vector databases is a plus. Familiarity with creating tutorials, videos, and documentation will help you excel in this role. You have a knack for mentorship and enjoy guiding developers through hackathons and community events.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the Pinecone community, focusing on building a strong presence in the San Francisco/Bay Area. You will create and deliver compelling learning experiences through tutorials, short-form videos, and documentation contributions. Your responsibilities will include running high-signal programs that engage developers and translate community needs into actionable product feedback. You will mentor developers during hackathons and contribute to social media efforts to promote community engagement. You will collaborate closely with product teams to ensure that community insights are integrated into product development. Your work will directly impact how developers interact with Pinecone's AI products, helping them create reliable and scalable applications.
