What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling Pinecone's growth engine — you'll ship AI-driven signup experiments daily, focusing on building and testing personalized landing pages and signup flows. Your work will involve automating lead enrichment pipelines that classify ideal customer profiles and route high-value signups to sales development representatives instantly. You will create adaptive activation systems that personalize tutorials, code samples, and integration guides based on user behavior, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

You will deploy automated health dashboards that flag dormant users and trigger intervention experiments, allowing the team to proactively engage users who may need additional support. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the technical infrastructure aligns with marketing strategies and product goals. You will also be responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of your initiatives, using data to refine and optimize your approaches continuously.
