Who you are
You have a strong background in technical integration and customer success, ideally with experience in AI or technology solutions. You excel at driving account health and adoption, ensuring that customers are fully equipped to leverage the capabilities of AI in their operations. Your ability to identify new use cases and deliver measurable value is key to your success in this role.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to partner effectively with customer teams and internal stakeholders. You are adept at mapping workflows and leading configuration and enablement efforts, ensuring that deployments are smooth and impactful. Your experience in program management and customer advisory roles has prepared you to influence product direction and enhance customer experiences.
What you'll do
As an AI Success Engineer, you will be the primary post-sales point of contact for OpenAI's most important customers. Your responsibilities will include driving account health and adoption, ensuring technical readiness, and identifying new use cases that showcase the full value of OpenAI's platform. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Research teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
You will guide customers through the deployment process, overseeing plans and configurations to ensure they achieve high-impact use cases. Your role will involve continuous engagement with customers to accelerate adoption and deepen their activation with OpenAI's solutions. You will also be responsible for delivering insights and recommendations based on customer interactions, helping to shape the future of AI in their organizations.
