What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Homefeed Relevance team at Pinterest, focusing on enhancing the user experience for over 400 million monthly users. You will work on state-of-the-art large-scale applied machine learning projects, driving the development of innovative product experiences that engage and inspire Pinners. Your responsibilities will include improving the efficiency and reliability of our data processing and ML inference pipelines, ensuring that our systems are optimized for low latency and high capacity.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to define project goals and deliver impactful solutions. Your role will involve designing and implementing machine learning models that improve the relevance of content presented to users, ultimately driving engagement and satisfaction on the platform. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
