Pinterest is seeking a Senior Staff Quantitative Product Researcher to lead quantitative research focused on monetization strategies. You'll utilize skills in statistical modeling and behavioral analysis to drive insights and strategies. This role requires extensive experience in quantitative research.

You are a seasoned quantitative researcher with a strong background in behavioral analysis and statistical modeling — you have a proven track record of designing and executing research that informs product strategy and drives business growth. With your expertise in survey methods, you can effectively gather and analyze data to uncover insights that balance user engagement with revenue goals. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to define research agendas and present findings to senior leadership. Your ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner sets you apart, enabling you to influence decision-making at the highest levels.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry, particularly in consumer-facing or advertising roles, is a plus — you understand the nuances of monetization strategies and how they impact user experience. Familiarity with data visualization tools and statistical software will enhance your ability to present findings effectively. You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and can adapt your research approach to meet evolving business needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead quantitative research initiatives that span both consumer and advertiser-facing teams — your primary focus will be to identify key ecosystem-level questions and develop a comprehensive learning agenda to address them. You will design and execute studies that provide actionable insights into user behavior and monetization opportunities, ensuring that your research aligns with Pinterest's strategic goals. You will present your research results to senior audiences, articulating the implications of your findings and how they can be leveraged to enhance the Pinner experience.
