You have extensive experience in technical program management, particularly in monetization strategies, and have successfully led cross-functional teams to achieve business-critical outcomes. Your leadership skills are exceptional, allowing you to influence and align diverse stakeholders towards common goals. You understand the intricacies of ad products and have a strong foundation in metrics that drive revenue and return on ad spend (ROAS).
You thrive in a highly matrixed environment and are adept at managing dependencies and removing ambiguity to ensure consistent delivery. Your ability to set and track outcome-based metrics is crucial, as you will be responsible for executing Pinterest's multi-year strategy to scale demand for ad products. You are passionate about creating delightful and relevant experiences for users and advertisers alike.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the execution of Pinterest's monetization strategy, collaborating closely with Ads leadership and go-to-market teams to adapt strategies for international markets. You will define sequencing and manage dependencies across various teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, Product Marketing Management, Data Science, and Design. Your role will involve driving strategic alignment and ensuring that all stakeholders are on the same page regarding project goals and timelines.
You will be responsible for institutionalizing scalable processes that enhance the efficiency of program execution. Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability, ensuring that teams are empowered to deliver high-quality results. You will also track and report on key performance indicators, providing insights that inform future strategies and initiatives.
