What you'll do

As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will oversee all aspects of maintenance for your assigned property. Your responsibilities will include performing engineering work such as HVAC repairs and drywall maintenance, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. You will also manage inventory for maintenance supplies, keeping track of what is needed to maintain the property efficiently. Communication is key in this role, as you will be the point of contact for residents and guests regarding maintenance issues, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. You will work closely with the property team to ensure that the building thrives and that both residents and guests have a positive experience during their stay.
