Your ability to manage vendor contracts for unit turnovers demonstrates your organizational skills and attention to detail. You are flexible with your schedule, available for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the property.

What you'll do

As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall execution of maintenance excellence at your Placemakr property. This includes overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring that they are completed in a timely and effective manner. You will manage the workload of technicians, ensuring that unit work orders are prioritized and addressed promptly. Additionally, you will handle vendor contracts for unit turnovers, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. Your role will require open availability for scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as you work to maintain a high-quality living experience for all residents and guests. You will collaborate closely with other property team members to ensure that the building thrives and that all guests have a memorable experience.
