What you'll do

In this role, you will spearhead the Post-Sales Servicing initiative, working closely with the servicing team to automate workflows and improve partner experiences. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap for servicing enhancements, ensuring that the team is aligned with the overall product strategy. You will collaborate with engineering to implement automation solutions that streamline processes and reduce friction for partners. Your role will involve gathering feedback from users to continuously refine and improve the servicing experience. You will also analyze data to measure the impact of changes and make informed decisions about future enhancements. As a Product Manager, you will facilitate communication between teams, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and working towards common goals.
