You are skilled in driving execution and establishing project management practices that enable teams to scale effectively. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of key Workplace Experience initiatives at Plaid. You will partner closely with the Head of Workplace Experience and collaborate with peers across Workplace Operations and Employee Experience to deliver complex projects. Your responsibilities will include establishing project management practices that enhance visibility and structure within the team. You will drive the planning and execution of workplace projects, ensuring they align with the company's goals and enhance the overall employee experience. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to streamline operations. Your role will require you to engage with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring that all project requirements are met and that communication flows smoothly throughout the organization. You will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative environment that supports productivity and connection across the company.
