Desirable

Experience with SOC2/ISO compliance workflows is a plus, as is familiarity with Plane's tech stack, including React, Rust, Postgres, and Next.js. This knowledge will help you integrate seamlessly into the team and contribute to ongoing projects.

Your role will involve handling community support through Discord channels and GitHub issues, where clear communication is essential. You will also engage in load testing and chaos engineering to ensure the robustness of the systems. Your scripting skills will be put to use in automating processes and troubleshooting issues as they arise. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement best practices in infrastructure management and support. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience, as you work to maintain high availability and performance of the platform.
