You have a strong background in business development and partnerships, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the nuances of building and managing relationships with agencies, systems integrators, consultancies, and commercial partners. Your ability to evaluate and onboard new prospects is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to identify opportunities that align with Figma's mission to make design accessible to all. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited about shaping the future of design and collaboration.
Desirable
Experience in the tech industry, particularly in SaaS or design tools, is a plus. Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and revenue generation through partnerships will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to the needs of a growing team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and onboard new prospects for Figma's official distribution partner program. You will manage existing service and commercial partners, ensuring that their needs are met while driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include developing new partner programs from scratch and scaling existing motions to new customers and partners across the APAC region. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align partner strategies with Figma's overall business goals, contributing to the acceleration of go-to-market efforts. You will also play a key role in shaping the long-term partner strategy, making a significant impact on Figma's growth trajectory.
