What you'll do

As a Maintenance Technician at Plenty, you will follow preventive maintenance procedures on all plant equipment and office facilities in a timely and thorough manner. You will maintain the operation of equipment and systems throughout the facility, which includes tasks such as building office furniture, office installations, plumbing, and general facilities maintenance. Your role will involve troubleshooting any issues that arise and ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally to support the operations of the farm and offices. You will work closely with the Maintenance team to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the equipment and systems in place. Your contributions will directly impact the productivity of the farms and the quality of the produce we provide to our customers.
