You understand the importance of preventative maintenance and are comfortable traveling between multiple worksites each day. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, with a clean driving record. You are ready to coordinate with third-party vendors and participate in on-call coverage for urgent issues, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do

As a Maintenance Technician at Vacasa, you will be responsible for performing general repairs and preventative maintenance across various vacation rental properties. Your day will involve troubleshooting issues related to appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and wifi to ensure that both guests and homeowners have exceptional experiences. You will travel between multiple properties daily, completing maintenance tasks and projects as assigned. You will also coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary and maintain company standards for guest satisfaction and efficiency. Your role will require you to be on-call for urgent maintenance issues, ensuring that you are always ready to respond to any situation that may arise. You will take pride in your work, knowing that your efforts contribute to creating memorable experiences for guests.
