Overview

Pleo is hiring a Program Manager for their Internal Experience Platform to ensure predictable delivery and execution across initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams in locations like Copenhagen, London, and Madrid.

Who you are

You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in internal platforms or similar environments. You understand the importance of predictable delivery and execution, and you thrive in collaborative settings where you can work closely with product and engineering teams. You are adept at uncovering customer needs and turning complex problems into simple solutions, always aiming high and challenging the status quo respectfully.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivering value. Your experience in managing cross-functional initiatives will enable you to contribute significantly to the growth of Pleo's Internal Experience Platform.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of initiatives within the Internal Experience Platform. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to scale internal platforms that support various functions such as Support, Risk, and Sales. Your role will involve coordinating efforts across teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.

You will facilitate communication between stakeholders, helping to align goals and expectations. Your ability to analyze project progress and identify potential roadblocks will be crucial in maintaining momentum and driving successful outcomes. You will also play a key role in fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas and contribute to the platform's success.
