What you'll do
As a Senior Backend Engineer at Pleo, you will take on the responsibility of leading the Accounting Integrations team. You will own and evolve key integrations, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers while maintaining high-quality standards. You will work closely with external partners to build scalable integration foundations that support our growth. Your role will involve defining the technical direction for the team, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with product and design teams to create user-friendly solutions. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and optimizing existing integrations to enhance performance and reliability. Your contributions will directly impact the experience of our 40,000+ customers, making their financial processes more efficient and effective.
