Plivo is hiring a Risk & Compliance Analyst to ensure compliance with international standards such as SOC2, PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR. You'll work on identifying risks and proposing solutions in a technology-driven environment. This role requires a deep understanding of compliance for API and SaaS-based solutions.

You have a strong background in risk management and compliance, with experience in ensuring adherence to international standards such as SOC2, PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR. You understand the complexities of compliance in technology environments, particularly for API and SaaS solutions, and are adept at identifying potential risks and proposing effective solutions. Your communication skills enable you to serve as a primary touchpoint for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on IT policies and compliance matters.
You are detail-oriented and possess a proactive approach to refining policies and procedures to maintain ongoing compliance. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess the effectiveness of IT controls and ensure they are robust against evolving technological challenges. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to address compliance-related issues.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Plivo remains compliant with various international standards. You will identify risks associated with our operations and propose actionable solutions to mitigate these risks. Your role will involve creating and refining policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance, particularly as technology evolves. You will serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, offering support and guidance around IT policies, risk management, and compliance.
You will work closely with teams across the organization to ensure that compliance measures are integrated into our operations. This includes conducting regular assessments of our compliance status and collaborating with IT and product teams to implement necessary changes. You will also stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure that Plivo's compliance framework remains effective and relevant.
