Overview
Plume is seeking a Staff Customer Solutions Engineer to act as a key technical advisor for Internet Service Providers. You'll bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs, leveraging your expertise in smart home technologies.
Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in customer solutions engineering, ideally with a focus on smart home technologies and SaaS platforms. Your background includes working directly with Internet Service Providers (ISPs), where you've acted as a technical advisor and problem solver. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as a key technical advisor for ISPs, helping them implement and optimize Plume's service delivery platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their smart home offerings. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical presentations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and insights that drive product improvements.
