PMG is seeking an Integrated Strategy Insights Lead to collaborate with media leads and creative partners to develop audience insights and strategic plans for Nike. This role requires strong strategic thinking and collaboration skills.

You have a strong background in strategic planning and insights, with experience working closely with media and creative teams to develop impactful marketing strategies. Your ability to turn cultural understanding and audience insights into actionable plans is key to your success. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with various stakeholders to ensure alignment across different marketing channels. You are passionate about storytelling and understand how to connect with audiences through innovative media strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of PMG’s Strategic Planning & Insights team, embedded within Nike’s North America Integrated Media business. You will work closely with media leads, creative partners, and client strategy teammates to develop strategies that resonate with Nike's audience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with channel specialists to ensure that recommendations are grounded in audience behavior and platform dynamics. As initiatives expand, you will connect with cross-agency partners in creative, PR, experiential, and sports marketing to maintain storytelling alignment across all touchpoints.
