You have over 6 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong understanding of private credit products and their associated processes. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards in your work. Your collaborative nature allows you to thrive in a team environment, working closely with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.

You possess a solid foundation in financial analysis and reporting, enabling you to prepare and review custom fee arrangements and analyze expense allocations effectively. Your ability to coordinate with internal counterparts in Operations, Treasury, Tax, and Legal demonstrates your strong communication skills and your capacity to manage complex financial tasks.

Desirable

Experience with bespoke credit products, including syndicated debt trades and asset-backed lending, is a plus. Familiarity with annual audits and tax preparation processes will further enhance your candidacy. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for process improvement and are eager to contribute to special projects from finance management.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Fund Controller and other finance team members to build out a best-in-class platform for private credit accounting. You will assist in implementing new processes related to bespoke credit products, ensuring accurate internal bookings across all existing and new private capital entities. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing custom fee arrangements, analyzing expense allocations, and coordinating closely with various internal teams.

You will also be involved in reviewing NAV packages prepared by fund administrators and providing support during annual audits. Your analytical skills will be crucial in preparing budgets and expense allocations between multiple fund entities. You will execute on ad-hoc special projects as directed by finance management, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the finance team.
