Experience with business intelligence tools or process automation is a plus, as it enhances your ability to drive improvements in P&L reconciliation processes. Your analytical mindset allows you to produce clear and accurate P&L variance reports, which are crucial for informing investment decisions and stakeholder communications.

What you'll do

In this role, you will perform daily and monthly P&L reconciliations between front-office and back-office systems for the firm’s global portfolios. You will partner with Middle Office, Back Office, and Valuations teams to investigate and resolve P&L breaks across all asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives. Your responsibilities will include producing clear, accurate daily P&L variance reports and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders. You will finalize portfolio manager P&L in our front-office systems based on thorough variance checks, calculations, and analyses that directly influence investment decisions, investor statements, and compensation processes. Additionally, you will respond to P&L inquiries from portfolio managers, traders, and investment services colleagues, providing fast and insightful answers. You will also drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance accuracy, control, speed, and efficiency in P&L reconciliation analysis.
