What you'll do

As the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance function for Point72 in Hong Kong. You will lead a team of compliance professionals, guiding them in their daily operations and ensuring that all compliance activities align with regulatory requirements. You will develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, conducting regular audits to assess compliance effectiveness.

You will collaborate with various departments to provide compliance training and support, ensuring that all employees understand their compliance responsibilities. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and examinations, representing the organization in discussions with regulatory authorities.
