You have a solid understanding of derivatives and trade support operations, with experience in confirming and settling trades across various products, particularly in FX and futures. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with portfolio managers, traders, and external counterparties to resolve trade-related issues efficiently. Your attention to detail and proactive approach help you monitor and reduce foreign currency exposure through effective execution of FX transactions.

You are adaptable and eager to participate in onboarding new investment teams, contributing to account setup and platform training. Your commitment to continuous improvement drives you to seek automation opportunities within the team's processes, enhancing overall efficiency.

Desirable

Experience with trade lifecycle events for cleared and uncleared derivatives is a plus, as is familiarity with operational risk management in a trading environment. A background in finance or a related field will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will confirm, affirm, and settle daily trade activity across a broad range of products, focusing primarily on FX and listed futures. You will manage the verification and reconciliation of all positions with prime brokers and trading counterparties, ensuring that all trades are accurately processed and recorded.

You will oversee all post-trade lifecycle events for both cleared and uncleared derivatives, working closely with the Front Office, Back Office, Compliance, and Technology teams to manage operational risks effectively. Your ability to resolve trade-related issues in a timely manner will be crucial to maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, you will assist in responding to ad hoc queries from clients and participate in the onboarding process for new investment teams, including account setup and platform training. Your role will also involve pushing for continuous improvement of the team's processes through automation, contributing to a more efficient operational workflow.
