What you'll do

As an International Trade Support Associate, you will perform daily reconciliations across multiple asset classes, ensuring that all trading activities are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly. You will conduct position verification by confirming and reconciling positions with prime brokers and trading counterparties, which is crucial for maintaining data integrity. Managing corporate actions will be part of your responsibilities, where you will review, verify, and process both mandatory and voluntary events.

You will handle issue resolution by collaborating with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and counterparties to address trade-related discrepancies quickly and accurately. Your role will also involve maintaining and updating security data during European trading hours, ensuring that all information is current and reliable. Additionally, you will provide client service by responding to ad hoc queries from internal and external stakeholders, showcasing your ability to communicate effectively and provide support.
