What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a dedicated point of contact between money managers, registered advisors, and various operational departments. You will assist with rejection notifications from market centers, ensuring that the field is promptly informed. Your responsibilities will include resolving trade issues in collaboration with settlements and being available during system downtimes to mitigate risks. You will perform complex tasks within established policies and procedures, contributing to the overall efficiency of the trading operations.
