Who you are
You have extensive experience in identity management and security architecture, with a strong background in designing scalable systems that ensure secure access across various platforms. Your expertise includes defining role-based, attribute-based, and policy-based access control models tailored for both human and AI actors. You are well-versed in governance frameworks and have a deep understanding of secure identity propagation in complex environments.
You possess a solid technical foundation, particularly in cloud services and open-source solutions, and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovative security solutions. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively makes you a valuable partner in discussions about security strategies and implementations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will architect and implement a unified entitlement management framework that enables consistent, policy-driven access across internal applications, cloud services, and AI ecosystems. You will lead the development of access control models, ensuring they are tailored for both human and AI actors. Your responsibilities will include establishing governance frameworks for secure identity propagation and collaborating with AI platform teams to build access patterns for autonomous agents.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that the security measures you implement align with the company's mission to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets. Your work will involve continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure, positioning Point72 at the forefront of a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
What we offer
