You have a strong background in cloud strategy and architecture, particularly in supporting large client accounts. Your experience includes capability mapping and designing architectures that address technical blockers. You are results-driven, focusing on metrics such as new customer acquisition rates and retention, and you are committed to contributing to the overall success of the sales team. You are adaptable and eager to learn, always looking for ways to improve your skills and knowledge in the field.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and define the overall architecture and cloud strategy for our largest client accounts. You will collaborate with our sales team to unlock technical blockers and ensure successful engagements with both new prospects and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include designing architectures that drive enterprise modernization and leveraging innovative solutions to meet client needs. You will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Value Engineering, Product Management, Data Ops, and Information Security, to ensure alignment and success in achieving revenue goals.

You will be responsible for presenting technical solutions to C-level executives, ensuring that their strategic goals are met through actionable plans. Your role will involve continuous engagement with clients to expand their footprint and enhance their experience with our solutions. You will measure your success through key performance indicators such as customer acquisition, retention, and upselling. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner will be essential in this position.
