What you'll do

In this role, you will assist in the full life cycle of the recruitment process, working closely with the existing talent acquisition team and various groups across the firm. You will collaborate with Portfolio Management teams to generate job specifications and skills requirements that align with their research efforts. Managing relationships with external recruitment firms will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that you have access to a broad talent pool.

You will also play a vital role in standardizing interview evaluation summaries and creating training materials for interviewers. Your insights will help develop new strategies for sourcing and evaluating potential candidates, allowing the firm to stay ahead of market trends and identify top talent effectively.
