You have a strong background in software engineering, particularly in creating REST Web Services using C# and .NET Core. Your experience includes optimizing data pipelines and ensuring data integrity, which is crucial for supporting market data systems. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for improving systems and processes that support the end-to-end market data lifecycle, including acquisition, normalization, control, distribution, and archiving. You will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of market data to trading and analytical systems, optimizing data pipelines to handle large volumes efficiently and with minimal latency.
You will collaborate with various teams to onboard new market data feeds and manage existing ones, resolving issues promptly. Your role will also involve implementing and maintaining data quality standards, monitoring data integrity, and addressing any discrepancies or issues as they arise. Staying abreast of industry trends, you will propose and implement enhancements to improve data systems and workflows, ensuring Point72 remains at the forefront of market data technology.
