What you'll do

In this role, you will coordinate daily regional production coverage, ensuring that all business-as-usual support obligations are met across various shifts and time zones. You will serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical or operational issues, driving timely resolution in partnership with support and development teams.

You will mentor and train team members on tools, processes, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Your collaboration with stakeholders will be crucial in prioritizing and allocating resources effectively, ensuring that service levels and project commitments are maintained.

You will provide technical support for software applications, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving application issues as they arise. Your role will also involve automating start-of-day and end-of-day checks for key applications, enhancing operational efficiency.
