People Operations Manager • Lead

You have 5+ years of experience in People Operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of the overall HR lifecycle including Core HR, Benefits, Talent Mobility, Equity, Compensation, and Exits. Your experience with HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Confluence, and Salesforce equips you to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. You possess excellent leadership skills, data analytical abilities, and presentation skills, which enable you to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.

Your written and communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to simplify key processes and ensure an exceptional employee experience. What you'll do

In this role, you will provide strategic HR leadership to HR Operations, effectively managing, developing, and engaging the global team. You will lead and implement HR initiatives and projects that are aligned with the Centers of Expertise (COE), ensuring that they meet the needs of both external users and internal Stripe teams. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and leading key projects for improvement, simplifying processes to enhance the employee experience, and fostering a collaborative environment within the People & Places Operations team.

You will work closely with various teams at Stripe, driving key support for the People and Places function. Your ability to manage multiple projects will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of HR operations. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team remains nimble and flexible, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service.
