You have a strong background in application engineering with a focus on Salesforce, bringing at least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Your expertise in Azure and cloud platforms allows you to design scalable applications that meet the needs of healthcare providers. You are well-versed in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and have a solid understanding of SaaS product development, enabling you to contribute effectively to our innovative projects.

Your knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect equips you to ensure secure access to applications. You thrive in collaborative environments and have experience with on-call responsibilities for production-grade systems, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining high availability and performance. You understand the importance of team dynamics and are skilled at addressing dysfunctions within teams, fostering trust, commitment, and accountability.

What you'll do

In your role as a Senior Application Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing applications that leverage Salesforce Agentforce AI to improve healthcare delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that our solutions align with the needs of our users. Your work will involve integrating AI tools into our existing workflows, enhancing collaboration and productivity across teams.

You will also be tasked with maintaining and optimizing our applications, ensuring they are scalable and secure. This includes performing regular code reviews, implementing best practices, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Your expertise in Azure will be crucial as you deploy applications and manage cloud resources effectively.

As part of your responsibilities, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their roles. You will participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions about project direction and technical challenges.
