You have a strong background in software commercialization, particularly in the healthcare sector, with a focus on integrating AI technologies into products. Your experience includes working with AI-powered or AI-enabled software products, and you possess the ability to navigate rapidly evolving cultural and technical environments. You are skilled in problem-solving and facilitating team decision-making, ensuring that all AI features are transparent and aligned with healthcare standards. You thrive in collaborative settings, partnering with engineering, data, and platform teams to deliver responsible AI-enabled features that enhance user experience and outcomes.
Desirable
Experience in a health tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory standards in healthcare. You are comfortable with data analysis and can leverage insights to inform product development and commercialization strategies.
What you'll do
