You have extensive experience in project management, particularly within the healthcare technology sector, and are adept at managing both standalone projects and workstreams embedded within larger transformation programs. Your strong collaboration skills enable you to work effectively with Program Directors, Business stakeholders, OCM partners, and Enterprise Architecture teams. You understand the importance of aligning projects with transformation strategy and portfolio-level objectives, ensuring that all initiatives contribute to the overarching goals of the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing various projects that are critical to PointClickCare's mission of transforming healthcare. You will lead project planning sessions, define project scope, and establish timelines while ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will guide the team in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

You will collaborate closely with Program Directors and Business stakeholders to ensure that project objectives align with the company's transformation strategy. Your role will involve regular communication with OCM partners and Enterprise Architecture teams to facilitate smooth project execution and integration with existing systems. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, adjusting plans as necessary, and reporting on outcomes to senior leadership.
