What you'll do
As a Business Development Representative at PolicyMe, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a mix of inbound and outbound engagements, connecting with individuals who have shown interest in our services. You will conduct initial outreach on inbound deals, converting incomplete applications into completed policies, and re-engaging stale portions of the sales funnel. Your role will involve qualifying new clients and scheduling high-quality meetings for our advisors, ensuring that we optimize conversion rates throughout the process.
You will support ongoing experiments and refine strategies to enhance our lead conversion efforts. Your insights and feedback will directly influence how we engage with leads and improve our outreach methods. This established role within our Business Development team offers you the chance to scale a proven function and extend its impact. Top performers in this position will have the opportunity to pursue licensing and grow into a licensed Insurance Advisor role, furthering their career within the company.
