What you'll do

In this role, you will manage all inbound leads and assist customers with their policy applications. You will communicate with clients via phone, SMS, and email, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions about their insurance coverage. You will be involved in discussions across the organization to streamline operations and improve the customer experience. Your contributions will help shape innovative insurance products that meet the needs of customers in Canada and beyond.
