You are a licensed life insurance advisor with a strong understanding of insurance products and customer needs. You excel in communication and have a knack for simplifying complex information for clients. You are comfortable managing inbound leads and guiding customers through their policy applications, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for educating customers on their insurance needs and answering challenging questions related to various insurance products. You will manage all inbound leads, guiding them through their policy applications via phone, SMS, and email.
