What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of the pre-training team, focusing on the development and optimization of distributed training processes for LLMs. You will collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to design and implement robust systems that facilitate efficient model training and inference. Your responsibilities will include writing high-quality code, conducting experiments to evaluate model performance, and iterating on solutions based on feedback and results. You will also contribute to the architecture of the systems that support large-scale AI applications, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.

You will participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and align on project goals — your input will be valued as you help shape the direction of the engineering efforts. Additionally, you will have opportunities to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster their growth within the team.
