Your experience with containerization technologies like Docker enables you to create reproducible environments for data workflows.

Desirable

Experience with machine learning frameworks or libraries is a plus, as is familiarity with data modeling and database design. You are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies, and you have a keen interest in the field of artificial intelligence and its applications.

What you'll do

As a core member of the Pretraining Data team, you will be responsible for building and scaling our Model Factory — this involves designing and implementing data pipelines that support the training of large AI models. You will collaborate closely with research and engineering teams to ensure that data flows seamlessly through our systems.

You will also be involved in optimizing data processing workflows, ensuring data quality, and implementing best practices for data management. Your role will require you to monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring that our data infrastructure is robust and reliable.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions about project direction and priorities. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and help foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
